The Chamber presents its compliments , this is to inform you that we received a letter by the Council of Saudi Chambers (ش.غ/3520) dated (26/10/1434) and referred to the letter of the Ministry of trade and industry (/12482/2/267) dated (19/10/1434) and containing it in accordance with the surveillance system for the early detection of cases brought against Saudi Arabia exports from the countries of the world and the Directorate General for trade remedies, have been declared India today (23/7/2013) the anti-dumping measures against imports from Saudi Arabia and China Of acetone, which falls under the Customs number (29141100). Where the investigating authority has given interested parties 40 days from the date of commencement of investigation ending on a date (1/9/2013) to announce themselves as a party involved in the case and providing data and information relating to the investigation, the investigating authority that the data received after the deadline or received incomplete information will result in the investigation for the best available data to communicate the results of the investigation, the investigating authority has determined the investigation into dumping the fiscal year (April/2012 until March 2013) The period of investigation on the damage of four fiscal years starting in April and ending in March (2009/2010, 2010/2011, 2011-2012, 2012/2013)
